When I was first engaged last fall I fell in love with a massive pile of pomegranates at our local market and wanted to have it as the centerpieces for my wedding. It turns out that late September is a little to early for pomegranates but they are abundant right now in NY. The local grocer is selling them 3 for $1! So here is some inspiration - apparently I'm not the only one with pomegranates on the mind. Also, here are instructions on how to dry them.
