The French are celebrating Bastille Day today....
I had been unaware of the traditional French Cakes Sale (savory cakes) until today's NY Times article but they sound delish. What a perfect way to celebrate Bastille Day. Here's the article and here is another recipe for a gruyere, green olives and ham version. Yum!
